Albert David Cisneros
Albert “Dave” Cisneros, 76, of Kansas City, MO, died on July 27, 2016. He is survived by his wife Colene, of Kansas City, MO, daughter Carin Buckel (Larry) of Whittier, CA, and son, Christopher of Baltimore, MD. Dave was born on March 4, 1940, in Douglas, AZ, and moved to Los Angeles at the age of nine. He was a graduate of Excelsior High School and Cerritos College. He served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1968. At age 19 he began working at Preco Inc., a manufacturing company in the City of Commerce, CA where he forged many lifelong friendships. He began as a utility worker and worked his way up to eventually becoming the owner of the company. His last job was at Tomco Inc., where he was Vice President of Operations until his retirement in 2005.
He enjoyed traveling with his wife and family. Some of his favorite places to visit were Huntington Beach, Yosemite, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. He especially enjoyed a trip with Colene and Chris to Normandy, France. He loved barbequing on his deck and visiting with all his neighbors (and maybe telling a joke or two).
The Interment will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA, near his former home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday August 5th at The Chapel of Memories Funeral Home 12626 Woods Ave. Norwalk, CA 90650
