Obituary for Marilyn Ann Fischbach

Marilyn Anne Fischbach (Dennis) 71, of Kansas City, Missouri peacefully passed away with her beloved & dedicated husband Ronald Alan Fischbach by her side on December 26, 2025. Marilyn was born in Kansas City, Missouri and lived there most of her life. However, in her early 20's she moved close to the ocean in Florida for a couple of years, then spent seven in South Bend, Indiana, and lastly Albuquerque, New Mexico for two years to spend time with her late sister Barbara and nieces Carey and Mikki.


Naturally gifted in the medical field, she volunteered as a candy striper at only fifteen years old. She loved reminiscing about how important she felt aiding the nurses and wearing the red and white striped uniformed dress. She graduated from Raytown High School in 1972 in Raytown, MO. Later in life she graduated from college as a certified nurses assistant and worked on the Med-surg floor at Saint Luke's Northland Hospital. She was naturally talented and fascinated by inventing and creating (especially decorative home items), photography and beautiful cursive handwritten and decorated letters & cards.


She was preceded in death by her son Clinton Douglas Milewski aged 40 of South Bend, IN, stepson Ronald "Ronnie" Alan Fischbach, Jr., mother Ollie Joan Dennis 'JoAnn' Kansas City, MO, father Ronald Dennis of Denton, TX and sister Barbara Jean Dennis. She is survived by her husband and stepfather of her children, Ronald Alan Fischbach married nearly 38 years, brother John Dennis of Kansas City, Missouri (m. Hellen Dennis), daughter Erin Rosanne Peterson 47 (Erin Lawson/maiden: Erin Milewski) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri (m. Phillip Peterson), grandson Jazek Matthew Lawson 25, granddaughters Sevenah Anastasia Leigh Enyeart 20, Lynzi Erica Enyeart 17 and Erinson Xavier Uriah Duncan 4. Her stepdaughters Kathleen Fischbach Ottawa, Kansas and Suzie Tisdale in Alabama and her many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. Her Aunts: Betty Stone, Nyla Sanders, and Janet Sanders.
