Obituary for John Timothy Glenn
John Timothy Glenn passed away Friday, December 11th at his home in Excelsior Springs, MO. He was born on July 7, 1965. Tim is survived by his mother, Joyce Glenn; a sister, Lori Juhnke (Tim); four nephews Caleb Juhnke (Whitney), Seth Juhnke (Samantha), Micah Juhnke (Jaime), and Levi Juhnke (Regan); three great nieces Ruth, Piper and Faith; and three great nephews MacArthur, Jonah and Jedidiah, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tim was preceded in death by his father, John Glenn, and grandparents.

Tim attended Open Door Baptist High School in Kansas City, KS. Although Tim spent a lot of time in Kansas City, he was most at home in Excelsior Springs. Tim cared and supported the Excelsior Springs community through the Subway store that he owned/operated. He was also involved in the Optimist Club. Tim was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Tim was most recently employed at National Beef and is remembered as a great employee and friend. Tim had a big heart and he loved with all of it. He would help anyone in any way possible.
Tim enjoyed traveling, photography, caring for his animals, riding his ATV and spending time with his family and friends.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, a contribution be made to Souder Family Funeral Home to help with Tim’s funeral expenses.

There will be a private family inurnment.
