Obituary for Arnold A Eckman

Arnold A. Eckman, 63, Clinton, MO passed away February 18, 2023. He was born on December 23, 1959 to Virginia Olmstead and Ronald Eckman in Wichita, KS. Arnold graduated from Liberty High School in 1978. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia and several beloved pets. Arnold is survived by his wife, Teri Minkler; daughters, Meghan Sherry and Kasey Condeni, Delena and Kimberly Smith; son-in-laws, Cole Sherry, Corey Jepson; grandchildren, Brayden Condeni, Maia and Gentry Jepson, Calvin and Evelyn Sherry, Brianna, Raelynn and Alanna; sister, Rhonda Eckman; father, Ronald Eckman.

Arnold spent many years working for the Liberty Public Schools where he was the light to so many children. He was heavily involved in the community throughout his life. From coaching Judo at his own Judo club, as well as other clubs, coaching his daughters T-ball. Lending a listening ear or shoulder to any child that needed a friend, he was a role model to so many whose lives he crossed. His favorite place to be was in the water, whether that be floating on the boat down the river or tubing and skiing on the lake with friends and family.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday March 18, 2023 at Souder Family Funeral Home, a visitation will follow the service.
